bravo Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026.

Who we are

bravo offers Communities, live Sessions, on-demand Practices and Replays. The organization responsible for your information is MM Ventures UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Weinbergsweg 8A, 10119 Berlin, Germany. Contact us at support@onbravo.app about privacy or your account.

Information we handle

- Account details: your phone number, first name, authentication records and preferences. - Participation: Community memberships, Session reservations and attendance, playback progress, and notification settings and device tokens. - Content: Coach applications and profiles, uploaded photos and videos, Session details, live broadcasts, and recordings enabled by the Coach. - Interaction and safety: comments, reactions, blocks, reports, moderation decisions and related audit records. - Technical and support information: service requests, device/network information processed by our infrastructure providers, operational logs and information you send to support.

You do not need to send medical records or sensitive health details to use bravo. Avoid including them in profiles, comments, applications or support messages.

Why we use it

We use information to sign you in, deliver content, manage memberships and reservations, remember playback progress, send requested reminders, respond to support requests, investigate abuse and keep the service secure.

We process account, participation and content information to provide the service you request. We process security, moderation and operational information to protect users and keep bravo reliable, and we process information where necessary to meet legal obligations. Where we ask for consent for optional processing, you may withdraw it without affecting processing before withdrawal. Please do not submit sensitive health information through the service.

What other people can see

Published public Coach profiles, optional Coach photos and content descriptions may appear in the app and public link previews. An optional member profile photo may be shown to other members where your Profile is displayed; uploaded profile photos are served from public image storage. Your profile first name appears with comments and reactions in live Sessions. Coaches and authorized staff receive the information their role requires to operate or moderate the service. Room privacy settings do not make your participation anonymous to bravo or its service providers.

The platform's Session recording feature is designed to capture the Coach's broadcast, not viewer camera or microphone feeds. Recording-enabled Sessions identify that setting in the app. A recording can become a Replay only after the Coach publishes it. Other participants may independently capture content; do not share information you want kept private.

Service providers and disclosures

The services we use for the relevant features include Supabase for authentication and application data, Twilio Verify for phone verification, Render for backend hosting, Agora for live media and recording, Cloudflare R2 and Stream for media storage and playback, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push delivery on Android and iOS, and Vercel for shared-link pages. Providers process the information needed for their service; this may include network and device information.

We may disclose information where legally required or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect people's rights or safety. Product analytics and paid commerce are not enabled.

Provider processing may occur outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. A selected hosting region does not mean every part of a provider's service stays in that region. Contact support@onbravo.app for information about processing locations and applicable transfer safeguards for your data.

Retention and account deletion

You may request deletion in Profile → Delete account. After fresh phone verification and confirmation, bravo immediately disables account access, notifications, active participation and published content. That first step is not permanent erasure. An authorized staff member must then review and manually remove the Supabase Auth identity and phone, profile and application data, comments and interactions, attendance and playback records, uploaded profile/background images, Practice and Replay media and associated copies held by our providers. Deletion requests made through the app are queued for this process. If you cannot use the app, visit onbravo.app/delete-account to request deletion without reinstalling it; we will verify ownership before acting.

Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention or moderation. The intended retained set is limited to de-identified security/moderation evidence and records that must legally be kept. We must not retain a directly identifying phone number, profile or media merely because an account was deactivated. We will explain any specific retention exception when confirming a request. Existing backups may age out on a separate schedule; if restored, deletion must be replayed before affected data is made available again.

We keep account, participation and content information while the account and associated content are active. After we verify a deletion request, we aim to complete removal of eligible account data and media within 30 calendar days and confirm completion. We keep a minimal support or deletion case record until the request and any related dispute are resolved. Security and moderation evidence is retained only when needed for a specific active investigation, claim or legal obligation; we review that need when the case closes. Provider logs and restricted backups follow their operational retention cycles; if backup data is restored, the deletion must be applied again before it is made available. If a legal reason requires us to retain specific information or takes longer, we will explain what remains and why. Contact support@onbravo.app to request access, correction or erasure, or to raise another privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity.

Your choices and rights

You can manage the available profile, sharing and reminder preferences in the app and change notification, camera and microphone permissions in your phone settings. Disabling a permission may prevent the associated feature from working.

Under applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or obtain a portable copy of information, object to processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your local data protection authority. Contact support@onbravo.app to exercise a right.

Eligibility and changes

The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. App-store availability may vary by country; signup does not ask for or enforce country of residence. We do not intend the service for minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict it and arrange deletion.

We will date revisions and provide notice of material changes as required by applicable law.
